Refer a Friend Promotion – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Refer a Friend Promotion offered by Andrew Kunyev, Real Estate Salesperson at Arizto Ltd (Licensed REAA 2008).

Referral and Consent

By referring a person to Andrew Kunyev, you confirm that you have their consent to provide their contact details for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of their property.

Any personal information provided in connection with the referral will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Arizto's Privacy Policy.

Eligibility for the Reward

A referral will qualify for the reward where:

• the referred person has not already been introduced to Andrew Kunyev in relation to the sale of that property;

• the referred person lists their property for sale with Andrew Kunyev under an Agency Agreement on or before 31 December 2026;

• the property is subsequently sold through Andrew Kunyev and the sale becomes unconditional;

• settlement of the sale is successfully completed; and

• Andrew Kunyev has received the commission payable to him in relation to the sale.

Reward

For each successful referral meeting all of the above conditions, the person who made the referral will receive a Prezzy Card valued at $500.

The $500 Prezzy Card will be provided to the referring person after successful settlement of the property and after Andrew Kunyev has received the commission payable to him in relation to the sale.

The referring person will be contacted by phone or email once the referral has qualified for the reward.

The Prezzy Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or substituted for any other form of payment or compensation.

Andrew Kunyev and Arizto Ltd will not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of a Prezzy Card after it has been provided or dispatched to the recipient.

Promotion Period

This promotion applies to eligible referrals where the referred property is listed under an Agency Agreement with Andrew Kunyev on or before 31 December 2026.

The property does not need to be sold or settled by 31 December 2026, provided that the Agency Agreement is entered into on or before that date and all other eligibility requirements are subsequently satisfied.

General Conditions

Eligibility for the promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Andrew Kunyev reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any change will not affect a referral that has already qualified for the reward before the change takes effect.

The promotion is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations and Arizto Ltd policies.
